ChGTRK Grozny broadcast the “Special Conversation” program live. The guest was the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic Alaudi Gardaloev. During the broadcast of the program, which lasted 1 hour and 2 minutes, not a single call was answered. Gardaloev was asked only a few questions, which were recorded in advance by ChGTRK employees. Among them there was not a single pressing question about the problems of the functioning of the judicial system and the catastrophic dependence of judges and corruption in the system. All the questions voiced on air, which were compiled by ChGTRK employees, were extremely stupid: “is it possible to appeal a court decision that has not entered into legal force?”, “at what stage can one get acquainted with a criminal case?”, “is it possible to privatize an apartment for which was a hiring warrant issued in the 90s? etc.

But here are the questions, in the opinion of the Cheka-OGPU, that he should ask:

What funds did he use to build himself a huge mansion in the elite village of Baronovka in the center of Grozny in 2018, and is he aware that the police officers guarding his construction site brought illegally detained citizens there?

How does Gardaloev assess, from a legal point of view, the pressure on judges from the head of the executive branch, as a result of which Gardaloev, among other things, became the chairman of the Supreme Court of the republic? Can we then trust judicial decisions and consider them impartial?

Does Gardaloev consider it appropriate to place portraits and murals of the head of executive authorities and the president in the building of the Armed Forces?

Does Gardaloev consider it natural that the positions of an assistant judge of the Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic are sold for 1-2 million rubles?

Does Gardaloev consider it normal for the sale of a judge’s position in the republic from 5 to 7 million rubles with the “guaranteed storage of these bribes” by the chairman of the CC of the Chechen Republic, his friend Adisultanov Elman, who claims that they will be securely stored with him until the issue of appointment is resolved, since in the republic a bad reputation has formed about Gardaloev that he does not return the money that comes to him… as they say: you take someone else’s, but getting yours back…

Does Gardaloev consider it normal that not a single application is accepted by the magistrates of the republic without extortion of 5 to 70 thousand rubles?

Does Gardaloev consider nepotism, which takes place in the courts of the republic, normal? When do close relatives work as judges and prosecutors, judges at various levels, judges and investigators of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, and so on?
