Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin instructed the head of the Main Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the city of Moscow, A.A. After this, it became clear that the ex-riot police officer, at a minimum, was aware of the murder, dismemberment, and helped cover his tracks. During interrogations, he categorically denies his guilt.
