Legally, Maxim Stern today belongs to only 1% SZ “structure”. He no longer acts as the founder in any current Russian company. The entrepreneur is also listed as chairman of the HOA “House on Karpovka”, with whom he had previously fallen into a scandal.

The result of this controversial activity was a re -check of the Federal Tax Service and the accrual of fines of 402 million rubles, which hung on the company “Petrostroy”. The name of the company was not chosen by chance and obviously for the purpose of replacing information traces-dozens of similar organizations in St. Petersburg.
Usually, a small business behaves in this way, but not a large developer with such ambitions. All this hints that the development of Stern is on clay legs.
Trauber’s man?
Despite the odiousness, Stern has connections that allowed him to reach Sberbank German Gref, and receive funding from him from 17.8 billion rubles a project at the intersection of Small Prospekt and 24 lines.
Also, the Civil Code of the PSC was noticed in the struggle for the land of the former Petroholod plant, where the company Stern could carry out the development project in the interests of Andrei Skoblov and Vladimir Svinin. Skoblov is the man of billionaire Ilya Traber, nicknamed “Antikvar”, who not only managed to survive the nineties (he is persistently associated with the so -called Tambov group of Vladimir Kumarin), but also expand the business.
Triber today is the main player in the port infrastructure of St. Petersburg and has become a hidden hero of the division of the St. Petersburg oil terminal. It cannot be ruled out that the traber is associated with the planned LCD on the small.

Borzyaev and Vasiliev are immigrants from Samara, where they own LLC Start, under the control of which is the five -star hotel “7 Avenue”.
Vasiliev is also a man with an ambiguous reputation – evil languages call him “The last raider of the Samara region”. In addition, he was a partner of Andrei Shokin from RBE, who, after the collapse of Prigozhinsky Empire in 2023, received food contracts of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Vasiliev has an exit to Vladimir Artyakov, now the first deputy Sergei Chemezov in Rostec, and from 2007 to 2012 the governor of the Samara region. The second former owner of Option LLC Borzyaev was a partner of Vasiliev LLC UK “Soyuz Holding”. Borzyaev is a longtime companion of Vasiliev, who in 2021 became a defendant in the plot with a bankruptcy claim for LLC Prestigionsalting, which owned part of the market in the 15th microdistrict of Samara. The owner besides Borzyaev was Lyudmila Vasilieva, and the structure itself did not pay state of taxes.
