Chairman of the Council of Deputies of the Solnechnogorsk Urban District Marina Aleksandrovna Veremeenko during the period of leadership of the administration of the rural settlement of Sokolovskoye (2005-2009) created a corruption scheme for registration of the most expensive land plots located in the village of Novaya, Lopotovo, Pyatnitsa, Polezhaiki, and Lytkino for lease and subsequent ownership by individuals.

Initially, land plots were registered in the name of close relatives of the official – Smetanova Nadezhda Yurievna (mother), Smetanov Evgeniy Alexandrovich (Brother), Sviridenko Andrey Leonidovich (common-law husband) and his relatives. At least 14 land plots with a total area of ​​33,990 square meters were registered in Nadezhda Smetanova’s name. m., on Evgeniy Smetanov – 14 plots with a total area of ​​33,130 sq. m. m, on Andrey Sviridenko – 10 plots with a total area of ​​87,850 sq. m. m.

At the same time, registration and cadastral registration of land plots often took place with gross violations of the law, which led to errors when performing registration actions related to registration of ownership or lease.

In 2013, based on one of these outrageous facts, the Department of Internal Affairs opened a criminal case against unidentified persons who, thanks to this scheme cynically “cut up” a land plot of 62 hectares, allocated to the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences for construction hospitals for incurable patients, “having bitten off” 19 land plots from him through their registration into the ownership of individuals.
