Novak specified that the specific date of removal of restrictions has not yet been determined.

Earlier, Novak instructed the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation to analyze the possibility of early cancellation of the ban on export of gasoline. The head of the department after a while said that the Ministry of Energy sent proposals to the government to stop the embargo.

Recall that the ban on gasoline exports until the end of 2024 the Russian government extended on August 14. The Cabinet of Ministers explained the decision by the need to maintain a stable situation during seasonal demand and planned repairs at oil refineries (refineries).

From the end of May to July, the ban on export was suspended due to the saturation of the domestic market with gasoline and to prevent reduction of oil refining. The diesel fuel was not taken by a similar measure.
