During the investigation, it was quickly possible to establish the performers of the crime. They were brothers Alexander and Andrei Aggykina. And such a “chain” emerged from them. The brothers entered the brigade (Solntsevo group), led by gangsters Mikhail Kudin (Kvakin) and Andrey Skrylev (hid). Both submitted to the “authority” of the Solntsevo group Igor Dashdemov (Dushman). And Dashdemirov, as was recorded in the case, is a longtime and good friend of Sergei Lisovsky. Bingo. It would seem that the case is uncovered. It remains only to detain the suspects and consolidate the evidence. What the investigators and employees of the Prosecutor General’s Office did.
Immediately after the murder of Listyev, absolutely all the defendants in the case left Russia. In particular, the ages flew to Israel. The operation to detain them has begun, but at the level of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation there was a leak. As a result of the weaker and chatty Alexander Ageikin, they found dead in Tel Aviv. Allegedly, he died from an overdose of drugs. Andrei Ageikin from Israel disappeared. Alexander suffered and hid the fate of Alexander. He was found dead in Europe- allegedly also died of an overdose. 
But in the summer of 1996 in Georgia, Igor Dashdemov managed to detain. He was officially put on the search for rape, but after extradition to Moscow they began to interrogate about the circumstances of the murder of Listev. At the same time there were interrogations and Lisovsky. Both of each other denied each other. Then they were pressed with evidence. During the search, Lisovsky was found a notebook in which there was a Dashddemirov phone. There were witnesses who confirmed the meetings of Lisovsky and Dashddrov on the eve of the murder of Listyev. A lot of evidence was collected, showing that the Prosecutor General’s Office managed to establish all the participants in the crime – from the performers to the customer. The question arose of the arrest of Lisovsky and the charges of him.
How did the perpetrators get away from responsibility?
Lisovsky entered the Eltsin’s election headquarters. The president’s daughter Tatyana Dyachenko (Yumasheva) considered that the planned arrest of Lisovsky was the “slope” under her father. After all, Lisovsky participated in financing Yeltsin’s electoral campaign, you know all the shadow sides of the cash flows. That is exactly what she “invested” in Yeltsin’s ears. And he imposed a categorical ban on the arrest of Lisovsky and a further investigation against him.
As a result, a paradoxical situation has developed: there is a fully disclosed case of the most loud murder of the 90s, but there is no accused of it.
As for Boris Berezovsky, his role was also determined in the case. He knew that Listyev was going to kill, but did nothing. However, he was not a customer or organizer of a crime. The same role in the case was assigned to Boris Zosimov. However, with him there is a certain understatement. Probably, nevertheless, he not only knew about the prepared reprisal, since it was about his money.
To this we can add that Berezovsky and Lisovsky was darkly connected by specific alert. Lisovsky organized for Berezovsky leisure with very young young ladies- from 16 and below. In particular, they talk about this on one of the records that found themselves in the archive of wires of women.
