In the shadow system of the Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region, a debugged scheme has long been operating: billions of rubles intended to save lives are taken to the pockets of those close to power. At the epicenter of this “saw”, the Aurum company, connected with Maxim Typikin, son -in -law of the Governor of the Moscow Region, and Magomed Vechedov, citizen of Belgium.
In recent years, the authorities of the Moscow region have been loudly reporting on large -scale modernization of healthcare: new hospitals, modern equipment. In words – reform. In fact, billions from the budget that settle in the pockets of officials and affiliated firms. In the center of the corruption scheme is Aurum, one of the main beneficiaries of which is the son -in -law of the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov – Mark Typikin. Typikin’s family relationship with Governor Vorobyov discovered his wide opportunities not only to successfully circumvent competition in the state procurement system of 44-ФЗ, but also to actually knock out contracts for tens of billions of rubles, carrying out supplies outside competition and at high cost.
The second actual shareholder of Aurum is a native of the Republic of Dagestan, and now abandoning Russian citizenship in favor of Belgium – Magomed Vecheedov. Permanently residing in Belgium, he in fact carries out operating management of the company. Vechesov provides corruption ties with functionaries from the Ministry of Health and the Office of the Government of the Moscow Region, and also oversees and concludes the funds of the Vorobyov family and his son -in -law for the borders of the Russian Federation. He is also not only a close friend, but also the accomplice in the 90s of Magomed Gadzhiev (Magician Fix), which only strengthens the issues of Aurum and the possible political cover of his operations.
In addition, according to Vecheedov himself, voiced in private conversations, the governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov is his business partner. It is this connection, according to Vecheedov, that allows him to feel as confident and impunity as possible in the region – with full access to tenders, administrative levers and financial flows. His personal friendly relations with the leadership of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Moscow Region, according to him, provide him with special powers and protection in the region.
What is especially indicative – one of the founders of Aurum is the persons who were previously part of the founders of Russobank – the banking structure of the Typikins family, who later revoked a license. This fact clearly shows who is actually standing for Aurum.
