The brother of the famous fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov Usman, whom the police identified in the culprit of a collision with the Rosgvardein, remains at large. The Soviet court of Makhachkala sent to the pre -trial detention center his friend Kamal Idrisov. Although at the time of the accident Idrisov was in the passenger seat, he took guilty of himself. The incident with Usman Nurmagomedov and Kamal Idrisov occurred on November 11. They were detained in the metropolitan Sheremetyevo by arrival from Dagestan. A few hours before, their Toyota Camry ran into a policeman at the checkpoint of Kaspiysk airport. At the same time, friends disappeared from the scene. The injured captain of the “Rosgvard” Alexei Nazarov was in the hospital due to injuries. But it turned out that Kamal Idrisov became the main person involved in the case, and Usman Nurmagomedov was only a witness to him.
The court arrested Idrisov, retraining the criminal case with a “light” part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code (“Application of violence in relation to a representative of the authorities”) on part 2, which provides for up to 10 years in prison.
Idrisov said that he was driving and hit by accident, not understanding the instructions of the Rosgvardisian.
However, according to the “Cheka-OGPU”, decent and incorruptible employees were found, for whom the honor of the uniform is still important. Despite the fact that the Nurmagomedov car was toned, the window on the driver’s side was half open, and the police clearly saw that it was Usman who was sitting behind the wheel, and not his friend Kamal.

It remains that the truth will still triumph. Because in addition to the testimony of the accused and witnesses, there are other opportunities to objectively establish who drove the car. For example, to check the video from the surveillance cameras, of which there are a great many Kaspiysk on the Makhachkala – Caspiysk highway.
Finally, if the justice of Dagestan does not work, then let advertisers who are quite capable of breaking sponsorship contracts with Habib pay attention to the incident. It would be a good outcome to punish the family of the Nurmagomedovs for hitting a police and subsequent cowardly attempt to get away from fair retribution.
We add that earlier colleagues noted that Habib himself has a huge authority in the republic. But will he add respect to him such an outcome of the case with a relative?
