The official cause of the explosion is an unbearable gas-carbon car. According to one of the former gas station employees, its management and employees regularly ignored all the conceivable and unthinkable safety regulations. “We drain the gas outlet – refuel the cars. Minus 35 – refill the cars. The gas station worked to the fullest, they sucked out of it as soon as possible“.
Perhaps the language will not turn to call the incident “cotton” even the most broken propagandist – dozens of victims, including a child, solid damage to the property of both the city and individuals, this clearly cannot simply be hungry. The explosion was so powerful that some tanks, we dare to notice, rather weighty, flew ten meters from the gas station.
The UK opened a criminal case for the provision of services that do not meet the requirements of security (part 2 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), and the regional prosecutor’s office will check all the gas stations in the region for compliance with fire safety requirements.
