As the interlocutors said, “he attacked everyone who came to his hand, declaring that the search for him had long been lifted, and all employees would be fired if he was not released immediately,” “he trumped the names of the leadership of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB Directorate of Russia, he demanded immediate communication with them through special channels,” “finally, he reached the Foreign Intelligence Service, where they were supposed to confirm that he had arrived in Russia on a secret mission to resolve war between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” “he mentioned the name of some Muradov, a general from somewhere who will take off everyone’s heads if Avakyan is not released,” and so on.
Judging by the fact that Avakyan was nevertheless taken to the capital in handcuffs, the assistant on duty of the 43rd police department was never able to get through to the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation.
