Belarus sent a request for extradition to the Russian Federation 24-year-old Yana Pinchuk. At home, she is accused of administering a number of telegram channels that were recognized as extremist. The Vitebsk city department of the Investigative Committee is investigating a criminal case on the creation of an extremist formation.

According to the investigation, a 24-year-old resident of Vitebsk from September 2020 to November 2021 in the Telegram messenger administered three channels. Acting with other persons, she collected and posted personal information of people in the channels, published messages, which contained calls for the seizure of state power, forcibly changes in the constitutional system of the Republic of Belarus, posted obviously false, defaming information containing accusations of committing crimes.

Court decisions of the information products of the channels are recognized as extremist materials.
