In the final version, the Investigative Committee brought charges against 11 defendants in the Tesak case. We are talking about six former associates of Maxim Martsinkevich – Andrei Kayla, Alexander Lysenkov, Maxim Khotulev, Pavel Khrulev, Alexei Gudilin and Semyon Tokmakov – who were detained at the end of December 2020. All of them are charged with murders on ethnic grounds. In addition, Tesak himself and another nationalist leader, Maxim Bazylev (Adolf), were accused in absentia; according to the Investigative Committee, they committed suicide in 2020 in pre-trial detention center No. 3 of Chelyabinsk during transfer to Moscow, as well as in 2009 in the capital’s temporary detention facility Petrovka, 38 respectively.
Investigators proposed, according to some reports, to stop criminal prosecution of the deceased nationalists in connection with their deaths. And if in the case of Maxim Bazylev such a decision was made by his relatives, then the relatives of Maxim Martsinkevich were against it. Tesak will be tried posthumously.
Earlier, a source from the Cheka-OGPU said that Tesak was unlucky with the operas that took on him. They wanted to open all the hangings at the expense of one Cleaver. These operas are like cats that got a mouse. For many years they tormented and strangled her, sometimes they pretended to let her go, and then they returned to their old ways. Until the “mouse” died. Or the “mouse” was simply eaten as unnecessary.
