The Tomsk prosecutor obtained the testimony he needed in the case of ex-mayor Klein by initiating a criminal case against a representative of the injured party.
State prosecutor Swarovsky made direct threats to those who disagreed with the position of the prosecution right in the courtroom, and then moved from threats to action – he organized searches and the initiation of a criminal case. And earlier, prosecution witnesses admitted to journalists of the “Man and the Law” program that they were threatened with fabricated criminal cases for refusing to give the “necessary” testimony against the mayor of Tomsk Klein. This is exactly how the prosecution structured the trial in the case, nicknamed by journalists as the “Two Millimeters” case.
A case was opened against the representative of the Tomsk administration as the injured party, Evgenia Malysheva, who on December 4 at a meeting dared to express the position of the administration and Mayor Dmitry Makhini that Klein did not cause any damage to the city for abuse of power. Investigators interrogated her along with the current mayor for half the night. Searches were carried out in the legal support department of the Tomsk city administration.
The very next morning, the Tomsk mayor’s office renounced its employee, and on December 13, instead of Malysheva, a new representative of the injured party, loyal to the prosecutor’s office, Vadim Gerasimov, appeared at the trial, who immediately stated that he fully supported the position of the prosecution, without actually possessing any information on the case.
The day before, journalists recorded a conversation with Gerasimov, where the new representative of the Administration in court admits in advance that he is ready to lie in court, just so that he will not be touched like Malysheva.
Verbatim:
-So you are ready to lie so as not to be pinched?
-What should I do?
At the court hearing on December 13, the defense filed motions to challenge prosecutor Rodion Swarovsky and judge Anna Polyanskaya of the Sovetsky District Court of Tomsk.
Judge Anna Polyanskaya did not satisfy the petition to remove prosecutor Swarovsky and the judge, that is, herself.
“Conspiracy” against the ex-mayor of Tomsk Klein. Part 2.
The road is “candy”. Why do even prosecution witnesses tell the inconvenient truth about the renovation of Bolshaya Podgornaya?
Meanwhile, the former head of Tomsk Ivan Klein has been on trial for this very road for two years now!
How was evidence obtained against Ivan Klein?
Revelations…
