Financial consultant Olga Yaudzemis, who, according to investigators, helped the former Deputy Minister of Agriculture, founder of the Masloproduct Group of Companies Alexey Bazhanov and other persons to steal more than 10 billion rubles from Svyaz-Bank, after an international search she went to a Russian psychiatric hospital. In total, Russian investigators opened about a dozen cases against Bazhanov. Law enforcement officers consider Jaudzemis to be the author of a scheme to steal money through a complex loan scheme.
At the beginning of the week, the investigation appealed to the court with a demand to extend the procedures for Olga’s financier in hospitals, allegedly it is too early to return her to the pre-trial detention center.
One of the episodes of this string of criminal cases was submitted to the Basmanny Court for consideration at the beginning of the year. The first substantive meeting will take place on Monday, August 1st. And while Yaudzemis is being treated in hospital, Nikolai Rodnishchev, the ex-director of a refined oil producing company from the Masloproduct group, will prove his innocence in this case.
The main beneficiary of the theft schemes from Svyaz-Bank, according to investigators, is ex-Deputy Minister Bazhanov for a long time; he has been in London for a long time, where law enforcement officers released him after his arrest many years ago. There he continues to fight and, having lost arbitration for his assets, filed a statement with Scotland Yard, in which he accused the former head of Directorate “K” of the SEB FSB, Viktor Voronin, of stealing from him a company and an oil production plant, from which the “Blago Company” was formed. . The general did this, according to the fugitive businessman, with the help of billionaire Arkady Fosman and FSB Colonel Dmitry Frolov.
As the Cheka-OGPU has already reported, a native of Ukraine, Arkady Fosman, fled from Russia to Dubai. 90% of “Blago” is registered to Fosman’s brother, the remaining 10% to the sister of FSB General Voronin.
