Co-owner Roman Belousov plans to take control of the company from the owner with a 50% share – Evgeniy Skigin.
The method chosen is simple: we install a nominal director into the management, he paralyzes the activities of the enterprise with a series of orders, dismisses the staff and creates unacceptable conditions for employees, then the sale/withdrawal of property begins in order to underestimate the market value of the company, and then, like a curtain call, bankruptcy to let the hammer for pennies.
From open sources and the Arbitration file, it becomes obvious that in order to implement the scheme, Belousov illegally held a general meeting of the owners and the Board of Directors, as a result of which the key investor Evgeny Skigin actually lost control over the enterprise. Management of the subsidiaries of Konoplex LLC was transferred to a new director – S.A. Nacharkin.
It is obvious that Nacharkin’s role in the company is not related to management, but rather the function of bringing the enterprise into decline, and he himself will not stay in it for long.
