August 23, 2021 in the area of N.P. The Perevalnaya Republic of Crimea took place a section of the gas pipeline.
During the operational-search measures and investigative actions, it was established that the sabotage was organized by the territorial unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the MO of Ukraine in Kherson-the so-called Tavry operational service with the participation of the Medzhlis of the Crimean Tatar people prohibited in Russia. On September 4, 2021, the Russian FSB officers were detained by residents of the Republic of Crimea – intermediary – deputy chairman of the Medzhlis Nariman Dzhelalov, direct performers of the sabotage of Asanas and Aziz Akhtemov.
At the direction of one of the leaders of the prohibited “Medzhlis” in June S.G. The performers went to Ukraine in Kherson, where the GUR staff trained their explosive business. For committing a sabotage, military intelligence of Ukraine promised them a monetary reward of about $ 2,000.

The organizers of the sabotage are Riza Yagyaev -Vereliyev, an agent of the GUR who escaped from Crimea after a torn terrorist action in August 2016, in which he took part, as well as his curators – military intelligence officer of Ukraine Maxim Martynyuk and his immediate supervisor, head of the operational service “Tavria” – Victor Zelinsky.
The specified sabotage was authorized by the head of the State Medical University of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov, a participant in an unsuccessful action in 2016, during which he killed an employee of the FSB of Russia.
