Relatives of the missing person during the next “meat assault” of Russian soldiers in the Kupyansk direction told the Cheka-OGPU about the situation in the ranks of the Russian Armed Forces.
According to the interlocutors, the “successes” in the direction, which are constantly reported to the Ministry of Defense, are the result of “meat assaults” by former prisoners from the “Storm Z” detachment and volunteers who went to the St. Petersburg military registration and enlistment office for a long ruble. On the spot they all fight as one mass, but more on that later.
As the relatives of the missing person convey the story first-hand, the latter told them about his every step. Many people decided to join the ranks of volunteers in St. Petersburg because of the promised million rubles in so-called lifting allowances – a significant part of this amount is obligated to be paid by the St. Petersburg construction company.
One of the observations of the missing person is what tricks they go to at the military registration and enlistment office to drag him to the front. Volunteers with a criminal past were tricked personally by the military commissar. To eliminate all doubts of the recruits, they are told privately that the FSB of one of the regions is looking for them. And then, the commissioner, in a fatherly way, promises to cover for his sons on issues with the authorities if they quickly leave for the front. This happened to at least several soldiers.
Recruits are assigned to military unit 69366. There is no information about it in open sources. But in reality it turns out that this is the 25th separate guards motorized rifle Sevastopol Red Banner Brigade named after the Latvian Riflemen (location Leningrad region). After the contract was signed, everything happened very quickly: the volunteers were taken through Voronezh straight to their positions. The route from point “A” to point “B” took only 4 days – during this time, without any training or training grounds, the newly minted military was transferred from St. Petersburg to the Kupyanskoe direction.
The new arrivals on the scene turned out to be a real hodgepodge – mostly men who came to the war had “emergency” service behind them. There were mercenaries with extensive experience, but there were also those who had never held a weapon in their hands in their entire lives. At the same time, despite loud promises to provide better training and better equipment. During the entire journey, none of those who rode with the missing man ever fired a shot until the very first military mission.
Upon arrival, everyone was given leaky duffel bags and rusty machine guns. The brigade’s deployment is under constant fire, and the “headquarters” is literally made of three planks. There were also former Wagnerites with the missing person who had been deceived. They had previously fought as artillerymen, but now they were given AKs and sent to storm fortifications. And everything was literally: the next day after arrival, everyone was given a 10-minute standby and sent to the coast, where there was no support. They simply waved their hand in the direction of the target, saying that we need to go there and no more adjustments or intelligence information.
According to the interlocutors, groups of five people blindly went to “take” the trenches of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, where half were immediately killed. At the same time, during the assault, the machine guns malfunctioned and did not fire.
When the survivors returned to the “location”, some of them spoke out against the conditions and these people were taken away somewhere (presumably they were executed). The commander (call sign Tiger) and assistant (Eagle) discuss even a small and simple issue with their subordinates only when they are convinced that their interlocutors have been disarmed for the duration of the audience with the commander. Doctors calculated that in about a week almost the entire team is renewed – 120 people.
