At the FCSR construction site they even went so far as to kill. The St. Petersburg Fund for Capital Construction and Reconstruction (FCSR) continues to break through the bottom of the news agenda. If earlier we have written more than once about blatant facts of corruption in the distribution of government contracts by this organization, now our colleagues have reported about a contract killing. On the morning of May 5, at a construction site in St. Petersburg at 12 Glukharskaya Street, 47-year-old Viktor Aliev, general director of the small construction company SK Monolit, was shot at point-blank range. Details will appear in the media later. Allegedly, there were three shooters, the deceased received 5 or 6 bullets, and the killers, dressed in construction clothing, fled in a Daewoo car.
But the Cheka-OGPU were interested in completely different points. So, according to colleagues, the general contractor for the work at the construction site is ISK NSK LLC. The company is building a residential building commissioned by the Federal Investigative Committee for Social Development within the framework of the national project “Housing”. A building with 265 apartments should be commissioned this year, the cost of the work is about 2 billion rubles. As for IC Monolit, this small company, registered in 2019, works on site as a subcontractor. There are no coincidences – the murdered Victor Aliyev is familiar with the owner of the NSK ISK Sergei Kopeikin. In 2021, he became the owner of a certain LLC Europe-Service, which was previously owned by Kopeikin. Probably by coincidence: in May of this year this company changed its owner and general director, and in May the NSK ISK also changed its general director.
As for the owner of ISK NSK Kopeikin (to understand, last year alone the turnover of this company amounted to almost 900 million rubles), he is now a respectable 58-year-old businessman. But in the late 90s, boxer Sergei Kopeikin, together with a number of accomplices, was charged under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (banditry). History even remembers the number of this UD – 199978680, another thing is that the details can no longer be found due to the passage of time. But it is known that in 2020 Kopeikin was detained on charges of fraud of 23 million rubles. However, the further fate of the criminal case under Part 4 of 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (especially large-scale fraud), which was being processed by the St. Petersburg police Main Investigation Department, is unknown. It is also interesting that NSK-Invest LLC, the co-owner of which was Sergei Laptev, a shareholder in the IC Monolit of the murdered Aliyev, passed through the same UD. These are the St. Petersburg construction weaves, involving billions, fraud, and now blood.
