This story began in June 2023, then, during a pre-investigation check on the organization of illegal migration, Elena Smirnova, the leading technician of the OMV department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Solntsevo district, was busted. A criminal case was opened; according to investigators, the employee entered into a conspiracy with a migrant from Azerbaijan, Mubaraz Gurbanov, and produced all-Russian passports for foreign citizens: her partner, as well as his fellow countrymen Aliyev and Veliyev.
When operatives came to conduct a search at the head of this criminal tandem, in the apartment of a family of visitors from Azerbaijan there was another happy holder of a Russian passport, at that time the detective of the line department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Vnukovo, Muraz Gurbanov. A document made from wide police trousers attracted the attention of colleagues and turned out to be fake.
Mubaraz’s son was “punched” (the guy at different times had several passports, including those with beautiful series; for example, upon replacement in Solntsevo, he received a document where the six-digit number consisted of five eights) and they came to the conclusion that the passport produced was all in the same OVM Solntsevo is fake. Muraz Gurbanov was fired from the authorities and quickly convicted, sentenced to a fine of 20 thousand rubles, but his father Mubaraz Gurbanov, whose number is still recorded by some users as “FMS”, is still under investigation and everyone appears in his case new episodes.
For example, the case of singer Raksana Ismailova, who was already wanted in her homeland in Azerbaijan for fraud, and her mother and sister were prosecuted for forcing a woman into prostitution in Turkey. The star of the 2000s more than once showed her temper and character, for example, when a recording of her messages to a TV presenter was made public – then the artist’s rhetoric was compared to the way crime bosses talk. Now she is absurdly trying to refute the information of the Cheka-OGPU about how she was caught with a fake document.
According to the investigation, we quote: no later than October 18, 2019, while at the Farrof Palace restaurant on Vostryakovsky Proezd in Moscow, Raksana reached an agreement with her previously acquaintance Mubaraz Gurbanov to document her with a Russian passport at the Solntsevo Department of Internal Affairs. The initial information was presented falsely, and the monetary reward – a bribe to officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – ultimately amounted to 657,800 rubles. The money went to the card of a fellow countryman from 09.09.2019 to 17.12.2019. And on November 15, 2019, Raksana Ismailova received from the hands of Elena Smirnova at the Solntsevo Department of Internal Affairs on Domostroitelnaya Street a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
All this time she used this document until March 28, 2024. On this day, she arrived for questioning in the case of Mubaraz Gurbanov (due to dubious transfers to his card) and presented her passport to the investigator in office No. 4 of the Solntsevsky MRSO, which was immediately confiscated. As Raksana Ismailova indicated, she works as a commercial director at Sofya ML LLC – the company belongs to her husband Fazil Amiraslanov, who starred in the singer’s videos. The star did not indicate any other income, which could also serve as a basis for checking the owner of a million-strong Instagram audience for violations of tax laws.
