Thus, at a meeting of the UN Human Rights Council, the issue of the situation in Ukraine was included in the agenda of the 49th session, which will be held in Geneva. Based on the voting results, out of 47 member countries, 9 countries voted “for” the adoption of the resolution on Ukraine, 13 abstained, including Armenia. Russia, China, Venezuela, Cuba and Eritrea voted against.
“This is the first time in recent years that Armenia did not support Russia’s position. We believe that this is already a good signal. We hope that this position will at least be maintained,” stated Charge d’Affaires of Ukraine in the Republic of Armenia Denis Avtonomov. 
The ally did not support Russia, and the Ukrainians are satisfied with the behavior of the Russian ally. Let us remind you that these are not the first unfriendly steps that Yerevan has taken towards Moscow in recent days. Thus, the Ministry of Economy of Armenia has already figured out how to make money and has launched promotion of the idea of relocating Russian business to Armenia through telegram channels.
