As the Prosecutor General’s Office increases its administrative weight, the likelihood of expanding its influence on characters who previously avoided responsibility by any means increases. Progress is being made ahead of the debate in the Moscow City Court on the case that has thundered throughout the capital regarding the illegal privatization of 1,763 boarding houses in the Stavropol Territory. Only the billionaire has a real “Friendship” with the brother of the Moscow region governor, Mikhail Vorobyov: for decades now, not cheesecakes, but cottage villages have been growing on the lands of Klyachin. And Istra is far from the first case: Klyachin-based JSC Khimki Molzhaninovo has been building facilities for many years in partnership with Airplane Two Capitals, the main beneficiary of which is the same brother of Vorobyov.
