As the editors of the Cheka-OGPU learned from anonymous sources, the oligarch Melnichenko, who according to Forbes became the richest oligarch in Russia, is very concerned that the source of his wealth, namely a corrupt connection with Deputy Prime Minister Novak, was revealed by the telegram channel “Sovetbezrynka”, covering events in energy field.

In recent years, according to murky schemes and completely without competitions, large power plants from the ownership of various companies, including state-owned Rosatom, Gazprom, RusHydro, became the property of Mr. Melnichenko. We are talking about the appropriation of state property worth billions of dollars.

General Director of the Siberian Coal Energy Company (SUEK) Rashevsky has been tasked with working out various options for intimidating the Sovetbezrynka channel, including intimidation with a criminal libel case, physical threats to the channel’s editors, and technical blocking using connections in Rostechnadzor.

Deputy Prime Minister Novak personally asked Melnichenko to do this, fearing the wrath of the Kremlin towers when this information reaches and is analyzed by the relevant departments of the Presidential Administration.
Security officers from SUEK are also disseminating information among the “fixers” about Melnichenko’s direct visits to the head of the “K” department of the FSB, Tkachev, and the possibility of resolving the issue (a memo from the SUEK security service to Rashevsky is attached).

Money loves silence, says Mr. Melnichenko, and especially those obtained through corruption.
