As the Cheka-OGPU wrote, from the beginning of November they began to prepare employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for sending to the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. A number of respondents said that employees receive calls from human resources staff in their departments. As a rule, these are single men under 35 years of age from among the police officers, district police officers and detectives. They are asked to agree to a business trip and are promised a salary of 150 thousand rubles. Their responsibilities will include organizing law and order and access control, emphatically without combat missions. According to our data, the percentage of those agreeing from departments in the capital is negligible, and in the Moscow region, on the contrary, employees are attracted by their salaries.

According to personnel officers, they are compiling lists that will later be included in the order.
