As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, yesterday a search was carried out in the offices of investigators of the 2nd District Department of Internal Affairs of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region Melnikov and Ozerov. They are suspected of receiving a bribe in the amount of 10,000,000 rubles for not prosecuting Mytishchi bailiffs and returning mobile phones to the latter, without detecting traces of illegal activity.

Melnikov and Ozerov previously worked in Mytishchi, where they met some officials from the FSSP. After promotion and appointment to the 2nd District Department of Internal Affairs, they continued their tradition and resolved issues in criminal cases through their trusted people.

According to the source, Ozerov is a very close person to the all-powerful head of the 2nd District Department of Internal Affairs of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Moscow Region Valery Ivarlak, whom the latter trusted to resolve absolutely all issues in his department. Ozerov is a relative of Ivarlak, and this is where the trust comes from. And now Ozerov is thinking about whether to go into custody or enter into a pre-trial agreement…

The most noteworthy thing is that the search of their colleagues was carried out by employees of the 1st District Department of Internal Affairs of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Moscow Region. The 1st District Department of Internal Affairs, under the leadership of Anton Serous, is now collecting all the “cream” from this case. It is clear that the case will later be transferred to the central office of the Investigative Committee for investigation, but who cares when you have put checkmate to your direct competitor.
