On January 22, 2023, servicemen of the 15th motorized rifle battalion of the 6th motorized rifle division of the 3rd army corps, corporal Rakhmatulloev S.A. and Private Zhilyasov T.R. drank alcoholic drinks in tent No. 24. Having learned about this, senior lieutenant O.V. Dekteryuk. made a remark regarding inappropriate behavior, to which the said servicemen reacted inadequately and beat up Senior Lieutenant Dekteryuk. As a result, the latter was diagnosed with multiple injuries, bruises and broken bones.
On January 31, 2023, deputy platoon commander of the 15th motorized rifle regiment of the 2nd motorized rifle division of the 1st tank army, private Trembovetsky I.V. arrived at the place of residence of the deputy commander of the 1st motorized rifle company for military-political work, Captain P.L. Stepanov. and the commander of the 3rd motorized rifle platoon of the 12th motorized rifle company, Lieutenant V.M. Naletov, where, while drinking alcohol together, he shot the indicated officers with an AK-74 personal weapon.
On February 18, 2023, servicemen of the 1015th motorized rifle regiment of the territorial troops, junior sergeant Kurtsev M.S., corporals Moiseev D.A. and Petrushenko I.S., while intoxicated, knocked down the gate of a private house at the Bondarenkov farmstead, house 21 and used physical violence against the citizens living in the house.
On February 28, 2023, a soldier of the 88th Engineer Regiment A.A. Fedulov. The private was moving along a patrol route near a bus stop, where he saw Corporal I.S. Abramov drinking alcohol. with three civilians, approached them and also drank alcohol. Further, against the backdrop of alcoholic intoxication, a conflict occurred between Private Fedulov and Corporal Abramov, as a result of which Private Fedulov removed the safety, and having sent a cartridge into the chamber, pointed the weapon at Corporal Abramov, Corporal Abramov said in response: “Why are you showing off, you’re still weak kill me,” he took the barrel and inserted it into his mouth, then Private Fedulov fired one shot.
On March 6, 2023, servicemen of the 25th separate motorized rifle brigade of the 6th Army, Corporal Petrov N.D. and Private Lenin V.G., while in combat positions, consumed alcoholic beverages and decided to continue drinking, arrived at the address. Olyshany, Mira street, house 18. Civilians Bondarenko I.A., Bondarenko V.V. lived at this address. and Vyazovsky A.A. Corporal Petrov entered the house, and Private Lenin V.G. stayed on the street. A few minutes later, Private Lenin V.G. I heard loud voices, the noise of a quarrel, shots and a grenade explosion. A reserve group arrived at the sound of a shot and found the deceased A.A. Vyazovsky. and other participants in the conflict with injuries of varying severity.
