As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, the “right hand” of thief in law Zakhara Kalashov (Shakro), the main defendant in the case of the massacre on Rochdelskaya near the Elements restaurant, “authority” Andrei Kochuykov (Italian), again filed a petition to replace the unserved term of imprisonment with more mild form of punishment.
The Italian has a good chance of a positive decision. Firstly, earlier the court partially granted Kochuykov’s petition, with which he appealed the administrative penalties imposed on him.
Secondly, Shakro gave the go-ahead to send prisoners to war, which will certainly have a positive impact on the thief in law himself and his close circle.
Shakro himself will be eligible for parole in 2023. Once released, he and the Italian will be on a very strong hook.

According to documents published by the Cheka-OGPU, after the arrest of Kalashov and Kochuykov for extortion, the FSB Investigation Department opened another case under Article 210 (organization of a criminal community) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against Zakhar Kalashov (Shakro Molodoy) and under Part 2 of Article 210 of the Criminal Code RF (participation in a criminal community) in relation to Kochukyov. Also, a case was opened against Kalashov under Article 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (giving a bribe). Mafiosi are listed as “suspects” in these cases. They were convicted of extortion, but materials on other charges remain gathering dust in the Investigative Directorate of the FSB of the Russian Federation. But at any moment they can be “blown away.”
