In April, leaflets were posted throughout the Federal State Budgetary Institution calling for the collection of humanitarian aid for the military. By order of Khoroshailo and his subordinate Rebchuk, all these leaflets were ripped off the walls and thrown into the trash in the toilet. There, the leaflets were discovered by representatives of the trade union, who, as it turned out, posted them.
The trade union turned to the head of the transport department, Tyukov (a former FSB general is responsible for this), with a request to check Khoroshailo for discrediting the Armed Forces. Two months later, Tyukov replied that this appeal did not fall within the competence of the UDP. Then the union turned to the Investigative Committee, where, unexpectedly, they decided to start an inspection.
