As the Cheka-OGPU learned, since April 2022, the FSB Directorate for Moscow and Moscow Region has been trying to bring in for questioning the head of Rosreestr Skufinsky and Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Shpak. And the victim in the case about which they want to interrogate officials is Nail Gubaev, an ex-employee of RUSNANO, investment director of Elvis NeoTech, who was arrested today. This is just one episode of a simply fantastic war between the special services that has been going on since the spring of this year over the case of the theft of RUSNANO funds through NeoTek. The case could lead to prominent members of Chubais’ team, and possibly to Anatoly Borisovich himself. This war had such twists and turns that the screenwriters of many thrillers could not imagine. A lot of cases, involved employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation of various ranks, high-ranking officials. Despite the monstrous opposition, Gubaev was still sent to a pre-trial detention center. 
Yes, and the “cherry” on the cake. Gubaev’s wife is a close relative of former senator Rauf Arashukov, who is in jail on charges of murder. Gubaeva (Arashukova) tried to obtain access to information containing state secrets for a bribe. And this is the subject of a separate investigation.
