As the Cheka-OGPU learned, in Moscow, without noise and dust, a sentence was passed on the former honorary consul of the Russian Federation in Montenegro, a citizen of this republic, Boro Dukic. He is a friend of a number of Russian security officials, in particular ex-employee of the Directorate of the FSB of the Russian Federation Dmitry Senin. Dukich was found guilty of “knowingly false testimony” (307 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The District Court sentenced him to a fine, but the Moscow City Court released him from this punishment due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.

According to investigators, Boro Dukich, assisting Dmitry Senin’s friend Ivan Kozhevnikov (former employee of the Investigative Committee) in falsifying evidence in an attempt to conceal property, “gave deliberately false witness testimony that does not correspond to reality.”

Boro Dukich tried to help Kozhevnikov by “whitewashing” his real estate in the amount of 185 million rubles, and claimed that he lent these funds to Kozhevnikov. But, according to the investigation, this is actually the property of Senin, who registered a significant part of his property in the name of relatives and friends.

On October 20, 2020, Ivan Kozhevnikov was sentenced to 1.5 years of correctional labor for falsifying evidence.
