As the Cheka-OGPU learned, First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Alexander Chupriyan is resigning amid a conflict in the ministry related to the reform of rescue teams. The official must vacate his office by March 23. On this day his contract expires, which Minister Kurenkov refused to renew. On the sidelines of the Ministry of Emergency Situations they say that such a personnel decision was made by the minister because of Chupriyan’s position on the fate of Tsentrospas and other units. The reform of rescue teams was started by Evgeny Zinichev. After his death, Acting Minister Chupriyan suspended the order. According to the reform, rescue teams had to switch to a commercial basis – receive money for services rendered. Chupriyan categorically opposed this, since, in his opinion, it was impossible to save people and think about monthly profits. The new leadership of the ministry resumed the reform. Suitcase sentiments began in Centrospas, despite the fact that the detachment once again proved itself in the emergency zone in Turkey. Now the department says that there are no professionals left from the plow. The position of first deputy will be taken by adviser Daniil Martynov, who was taught more to kill than to save. Before working at the Ministry of Emergency Situations, he served in the special unit “Alpha” of the FSB, in the Russian Guard, and trained Kadyrov’s combat training instructors.
