As the Cheka-OGPU learned, a scandal is again brewing in the ranks of the Almaz-Antey concern related to the possible leak of data constituting a state secret.

Since 2018, Expatel LLC, being one of the “permanent” subcontractors of Almaz-Antey Stroy LLC, has attracted subcontractors that do not have the appropriate licenses to work with materials constituting state secrets, thereby transferring to them the relevant project documentation and allowing their workers to enter a sensitive facility.
It is also known that the owner of Expatel LLC, Igor Sergeevich Yuzefovich, registered the National Progress party under No. 70 in the party lists of the Republic of Moldova in 2021. As has already become a good tradition in the circles of the Almaz-Antey concern (deprivation of access to state secrets to the general director of the SPRN), members of the family of Yuzefovich I.S. have lived in London for a long time and have English citizenship.
