But here many questions arise about the connections of Arbitration Court judge Kazbek Salpagarov with local criminals. At the time of the attack, the judge was walking with Murat Elkanov. In addition, the judge is the cousin of the head of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Operation Directorate of the Big Stavropol Canal”, the former head of the administration of the head of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Eldar Salpagarov, who is called the mastermind of the murder of deputy Krymshamkhalov and the political partner of the former head of the Karachay district, Dahir Elkanov. The latter was charged by the Investigative Committee with organizing the murder of Krymshamkhalov.
According to interrogations of witnesses, it was Murat Elkanov who incited his brother Dahir to attempt the life of the former deputy head of the Treasury Department Natalya Nagornova. At that moment, Murat Elkanov held an ordinary position in the treasury and was allegedly aiming for her place. After the assassination attempt, he took Nagornova’s chair.
It turns out that the inaction of law enforcement agencies in the republic is leading to new reprisals. If the Elkanovs and other representatives of the criminal clan had been detained in time for murders and attempts on officials, then there would have been no shooting in broad daylight. Yes! It also turns out that an entire judge is involved in the showdown of a criminal group involved in murders and assassinations.
