As the Cheka, the State Duma deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, found out Roman Lyabikhov, who in 2022 the German prosecutor’s office confiscated real estate in Munich, fictitiously divorced his wife to rewrite German real estate. While the divorce proceedings took place, Lyabikhov lied to the same party and voters that “he has nothing there and his wife.” The marriage was terminated on October 29, 2022, and two months later Elena Kuznetsova filed a lawsuit against the former spouse to establish a separate property regime for her property and Lyabikhova’s property.

In particular, the plaintiff asked to recognize four apartments in Munich and four underground garages to recognize her personal property. For the defendant, Kuznetsova proposed recognizing the ownership of the 998,82440 pieces of investment shares of a closed share investment combined fund Lotus. During the marriage (April 22, 2011), a marriage contract was concluded between the parties, the terms of which did not fully allow the property to distinguish between the former spouses, and Kuznetsov stated in court. The court concluded that the lawsuit is actually aimed at changing the terms of the marriage contract outside the date of divorce between the parties.

“The representative of the defendant by proxy at the hearing appeared, recognized the claims,” the court decision said. The court also stated the absence of a dispute between the parties. All this suggests that Lyabikhov, convulsively denied the belonging of real estate confiscated in Munich, actually owned it, recognized the ownership and, having launched the divorce proceedings, hoped to preserve the apartments with garages in the country of NATO and the mandate of the State Duma deputy. The claim for the establishment of separate ownership of the apartments for his ex -wife was refused.
