As the Cheka-OGPU found out, the scandal surrounding the Russian championship in dance sports and acrobatic rock and roll, which was held in Crocus on March 22, has a “double bottom.” Despite the shooting and fire in the adjacent hall, the event participants, including children, were required to continue the competition. The order not to allow the group of athletes and coaches who decided to leave the building where there was a terrorist attack and fire, as well as not to let other competition participants out of the hall, was given by the head of the All-Russian Federation of Dance Sports, Breaking and Acrobatic Rock and Roll, Nadezhda Erastova.

Erastova is known (and she herself said this) as a representative in the Federation of Katerina Tikhonova. The latter herself has been involved in acrobatic rock and roll for a long time and is the curator of this sport. At one time, acrobatic rock and roll even changed its “birth” date by a year so that it would become the same age as Katerina Tikhonova. Erastova never tires of repeating that the main thing is that there are no scandals, excesses, etc. that could upset Tikhonova. And the mass departure of athletes from the Russian Championship is not an excess, but a disaster…
