According to the source, another criminal case will soon be opened regarding the theft of more than 200 million rubles as part of the implementation of a state defense order between the Russian Defense Ministry and the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Main Military Construction Directorate No. 4”. Creative LLC was brought in as a contractor, with which an agreement was concluded to perform construction and installation work in the amount of 232,185,448 rubles for a period until November 20, 2020, while the creatives completed only 2.27% of the work in the amount of 11,754,300 rubles . At the same time, the advance funds under the contract were spent in full.
In 2020, the first deputy general director of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Main Military Construction Directorate No. 4” Ruslan Nikitin was detained. He tried to get a kickback of 7% of construction income from a subcontractor who was supposed to build the Central Bank field office in Sevastopol and houses for the military. The total value of the contracts amounted to more than 1 billion rubles.
