As the Cheka of the OGPU previously wrote in a custom-made criminal case, the Savelovsky District Court handed down a guilty verdict against the innocent leaders of the defense company NPP Temp.

Despite the fact that during the preliminary investigation and trial NPP Temp was recognized as a victim, neither the investigation nor the court established the amount of damage caused to NPP Temp, probably due to its absence. At the same time, the amount of damage caused to UEC JSC was “drawn”, but the damage to the remaining shareholders (owning more than 71% of the shares) was not established. Undoubtedly, Judge Neudakhin was tasked with illegally convicting the innocent in the interests of UEC JSC.
It should be assumed that, unlike the Rostov courts, where 200 million rubles of corruption savings were seized from the chairman of the council of judges of the Rostov region during investigative actions, taking into account their capital status, the chairman of the Savyolovsky district court Makarenkov and judge Neudakhin probably received more significant rewards in the tens and hundreds of millions.
