As predicted by the Cheka-OGPU, the trial in the case of a fatal accident involving Ksenia Sobchak turned into a farce. Especially against the backdrop of a similar case against Mikhail Efremov, which was examined in a month and the actor was sentenced to 7.5 years in a general regime colony. The trial of Sobchak’s carrier Oleg Tsoi lasted almost a year. Hearings in the Adler court were scheduled once or twice a month and were immediately postponed under various pretexts.
Oleg Tsoi, the designated culprit of the accident, was under comfortable house arrest all this time and by the end of the hearings had “served” a significant part of his sentence. For the death of the little girl’s mother, he received two years in a penal colony. It was precisely this lenient sentence that he was promised for the necessary testimony and silence. Sobchak admitted that when she was late (this time she was in a hurry to get to the airport), she gave orders to drivers to flagrantly violate traffic rules.
Due to the public outcry, the investigation wanted to confront Tsoi with Sobchak, take her to the scene of the accident, etc. All these events appointed and announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs were canceled after the TV presenter stopped by to chat at work with her father’s former security guard, the head of the Russian Guard, Viktor Zolotov.

The consideration of the case of a fatal accident involving Ksenia Sobchak is going on extremely interestingly. The hearings have been going on for…eight months. Moreover, the case of exactly the same accident involving Mikhail Efremov was considered in a month. Hearings in the Adler Court are scheduled…
