The soliper made a deal with the investigation, told a lot, and before the New Year at least a dozen judges of the Moscow arbitration were called to Lubyanka – so far for a conversation.

The trigger of new events may be a meeting on January 20: in the Moscow Arbitration Court, the claim of the Russian Standard Bank Bank for the ownership Rustam Tariko, who is still in no hurry to return $ 700 million to the holders of his bonds, will take place. Hiding behind the patronage of all conceivable law enforcement agencies, Tariko puts pressure on the court with the aim of a saving decision, using approximately the same mechanisms that destroyed the citizen of Medzhidov – only in a significantly larger size. However, the transaction is prevented by close supervision of the judges from the guardians of the law, who now closely monitor the situation in the Moscow arbitration. And it is very likely that the new conclusions of the special services will follow precisely the court decision in the Tariko case.
