The investigation established that in 2017, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs concluded a state contract with the BMF company for sewing and supplying everyday clothing for employees of the internal affairs bodies. As part of the execution of the specified contract, the General Director of BMF LLC Boris Lyashuk, not obviously intending to fulfill it in full in terms of the supply of uniforms that meets the requirements of the contract, organized the sewing uniform uniforms from poor-quality raw materials through the control of the allocated budgetary funds from the systems. .
In the criminal case, 40 regional divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia carried out the removal of the delivered uniforms, according to which more than 200 complex physical and chemical forensic examinations were carried out in various expert institutions. According to the results of the studies, it was found that in the manufacture of clothing, fabric and components that did not meet the requirements of the contract were used.
As a result of criminal actions, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation caused damage in the amount of more than 500 million rubles.
The facts of unlawful activities were established by investigators of the Investigative Committee together with employees of the State Security District of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the FSB of Russia.
