As it turns out, modern history becomes much more interesting when it is told by former state security officers. Therefore, we continue to analyze the open letter of Colonel of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan Ruslan Iskakov, where he exposes unknown details of the bloody riots of 2022.

Then, as a result of the palace intrigues of President Tokayev, rallies broke out throughout Kazakhstan, turning into pogroms. The security forces, having lost control of the situation, were forced to turn for help to the “authority” Arman Dzhumageldiev – Arman Dikiy, and President Tokayev himself – to Russia.

We will return to Russia later. But let’s take a closer look at how the security forces ultimately framed Dzhumageldiev. We have already cited evidence from Iskakov, who is also now in prison, that it was he who asked Dzhumageldiev to go to Almaty Square and save the police from the maddened crowd. According to the colonel, Samat Abish, the deputy head of the KNB and Nazarbayev’s nephew, ordered him to do this. Wild Arman went out to the square and, despite the fact that he was beaten, led most of the crowd away from it.

Through Iskakov, Almaty prosecutor Zhuiriktaev also appealed to Dzhumageldiev to take custody of his parents. Wild Armand did this too. Fulfilling the requests of the security forces, Dzhumageldiev’s “vigilantes” took local hospitals under protection.

As soon as the uprising was suppressed, the “debriefing” began. High-ranking security officials, including Samat Abish and Zhuiriktaev, who made requests to Diky Arman through Ruslan Iskakov, retracted their words. As a result, Iskakov himself became extreme; he was accused of participating in organizing riots and was put in jail.

Dzhumageldiev was also arrested on similar charges. One of the instigators here was the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan, Turgumbayev. But there was a catastrophic lack of evidence, so during the arrest, special forces beat Dzhumageldiev until he lost consciousness, and the deputy chief of the city police planted a pistol on him.

At the same time, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Turgumbayev personally gave the “authority” the green light to enter. And by the way, he guaranteed that no weapons would be planted on him. This is evidenced by SMS correspondence between Turgumbaev and Dzhumageldiev, access to which was blocked by the police.

Dzhumageldiev has been living in Turkey since 2017. He was involved in well-known affairs there and promoted the ideas of pan-Turkism. Wild Arman flew to Kazakhstan just two weeks before the start of the unrest. But, apparently, it was very necessary to imprison Arman Dzhumangaliev. And not only the authorities of Kazakhstan and Tokayev personally. According to Ruslan Iskakov, Dzhumageldiev was arrested following a call from Moscow. On the evening of January 5, the Chairman of the National Security Committee Masimov was called from Russia, informed about the entry of CSTO troops and recommended to imprison Arman Dikiy.

The political leadership of Russia is understandable. There must be only one peacemaker. Especially before future events in Ukraine. As a result: the whole world saw the strength of the CSTO, Tokayev was tamed, the “authoritative” inconvenient pan-Turkist Dzhumangaliev and part of the leadership of the National Security Committee ended up behind bars, and the true customers of the guilty rebellion remained in their chairs.
