As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, contract soldier Dmitry Bugaev, who served time for intentionally causing grievous bodily harm and was wounded in the head during the war on the territory of Ukraine, was convicted of beating a female police officer. The incident occurred on the evening of October 10, 2023 in Miass. Two police officers, one of whom is the victim, were approached by two women on the street with a request to pacify the inappropriate guy in the store.

“When they entered the store, they saw a man intoxicated and behaving aggressively. She (the victim – VChK-OGPU) asked the man to go outside, he complied with the instructions. During the conversation on the street, Bugaev continued to behave aggressively and, dissatisfied with her demand to stop making trouble, struck her two consecutive blows with his left fist in the temporal region of the head on the right, from which she experienced severe physical pain,” the indictment says.
