As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, the Main Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the city of Moscow has opened a criminal case against the former employee of the GUEBiPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, and then of Directorate “A” of the BSTM of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Trudkov, deputy head of the OPB of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory Zasedatelev, deputy head of the department of the UNK GU Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of the Krasnodar Territory Masko. The case was initiated under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Theft by fraud).

In March 2017, the above persons became aware that the heads of the Jumbo group of companies, A.P. Kovalev. and Gorbachev V.V. engaged in the sale of children’s toys on the territory of the Russian Federation have significant material resources.

Having this information, Trudkov A.A. , Zasedatelev I.V., Masko A.S., by virtue of their positions, having a wide range of powers, as well as having numerous connections among officials of various law enforcement and other government agencies, with the help of which for a monthly monetary remuneration in the amount of 250,000 rubles, can provide assistance in solving problems that arise for the Jumbo group of companies with law enforcement and government agencies.

Thus, in the period from March 2017 to May 2022, Trudkov A.A. , Zasedatelev I.V., Masko A.S., stole property belonging to Kovalev A.P. and Gorbachev V.V. funds totaling at least 9,000,000 rubles.
