As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, the former deputy general director of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Ateks of the Federal Protective Service of Russia Stanislav Kuner, who was released at the beginning of 2023, was recently interrogated in the case of the restoration of the Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory in St. Petersburg. According to the source, Kuehner, following a long-standing tradition, began to blame everything on billionaire Dmitry Mikhalchenko (head of the Forum holding, which includes two contractors for the restoration of the conservatory, Stroyfasad JSC and Baltstroy JSC), in particular, he testified that Mikhalchenko personally communicated with the project implementers. This position can bring a smile to everyone who knows Mikhalchenko personally. He never “descended from heaven” and did not communicate with “mere mortals.” It is surprising that Kühner still has the status of a witness; perhaps a change is not far off. However, Küner, out of old habit, expects complete loyalty to him from the ICR. When Kyunera was accused in the case of embezzlement of funds for the reconstruction of Putin’s Novo-Ogarevo residence, he also “loaded” Mikhalchenko with his testimony. In exchange, Kuehner, who was in the Lefortovo pre-trial detention center, was allowed to transfer all his property to persons under his control and issue a power of attorney for access to bank safe deposit boxes. It should be noted that the persons specified by him in the agreement were never brought to criminal responsibility.
