As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, the father of the ex-head of Rosmolodezh Ksenia Razuvaeva Denis languishes in the Moscow SIZO-4 on charges of fraud on an especially large scale (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The criminal case was opened on July 19, 2024, not all of his defendants were established to this day. We are talking about theft by an organized group of funds by deceiving under the guise of a charitable foundation. Razuvaev was detained on August 2, 2024 and a court decision was placed in custody. The prosecution was based on the testimony of a “secret” witness Nikonenko, in which the defense of the defendant sees “significant contradictions”. The investigation is engaged in the GSU TFR.

The arguments of the investigation, in favor of the location of Razuvaev under arrest, are, in particular, “the presence of financial resources, ties in state authorities and law enforcement system, the behavior of the accused, who, before direct detention, made attempts to hide, changed the address of the location, disconnecting the means of communication.” In turn, the defense claims that the accused was not hiding from the investigation authorities and was originally interrogated as a witness. During the interrogation, his mobile phone was removed. Razuyev does not admit his guilt, but at the same time is ready to cooperate with the investigation.

According to the Cheka-OGPU, the other day in the criminal case of Razuvaev, a search was held by his daughter, who is the mistress of the famous official of the Moscow City Hall Alexei Nemeryuk. Moreover, the true reason for dismissal is not personal circumstances (official version), but its involvement in the patronage of this criminal activity in the Federal Air Fleet. Razuvaeva was relieved of the position held by order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 14, 2024, a week and a half after the arrest of his father. As it usually happens, a fraudulent scheme was implemented with the use of all the possibilities of Rosmolodezh in the interests of close relatives of the official, namely, the pope of Ksenia – Denis Razuvaev. Sources are confident that Ksenia is only a bridge to a larger fish in the form of a non -nimble, which also controls the ritual sphere of services in Moscow.
