As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, ex-prosecutor Lytkarino Alexei Kharitonenko, as deputy Vidnovsky city prosecutor, which covered large-scale schemes to squeeze hundreds of hectares of land in the suburbs, ended up in a pre-trial detention center on charges of receiving a bribe on an especially large scale. The owner of the sites, executed under the guise of shares of the liquidated collective farm named after Lenin on the basis of a decision of the Vidnovsky City Court of October 10, 2017, was the very odious personality of the Leninsky city district of the Moscow Region – entrepreneur Dmitry Dementiev, known as a democrat.

It is noteworthy, part of the “shares” is far beyond the limits of the once existing collective farm. During the process, the lands of the forest fund, city squares, roadside lanes, river valleys, and even the security zones of the Andreevsky hydroelectric complex, as well as a number of plots in private property were withdrawn from state property. Prosecutor Kharitonenko, Judge Svetlana Kravchenko (considered the same civil lawsuit) and the chief (now former), the Main Directorate of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Moscow, General Ivan Glukhov, helped Dementiev in the implementation of the schematosis. Kharitonenko, who was counting on the post of deputy prosecutor of the Moscow region, in 2019 became the prosecutor of Lytkarino, and several years later left law enforcement agencies and went to his own.
