As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, the drama in the Furgal case is twisting all the interests…

As the Cheka-OGPU learned, the drama in the Furgal case is becoming more and more interesting.
Let us recall that the main witness in the case, Mr. Mistryukov, shortly after his arrest on November 21, 2019, entered into a pre-trial agreement in exchange for the sale of shares in the Amurstal plant and, also, for not bringing his wife, daughter and son-in-law to criminal liability for economic crimes.

After Furgal’s arrest, Mistryukov was released under house arrest, his money for the sale of a share of the Amurstal plant was not seized, his driver’s license was returned, and his case under Article 105 was separated into separate proceedings. The trial in these proceedings has not yet begun. Mistryukov, walking along the Moscow boulevards, sometimes drops by the Investigative Committee on Tekhnicheskiy to see investigator Mirkamilov in order to study the materials of his criminal case.

Furgal’s trials, as we wrote earlier, are heated and lively. Furgal literally screams about his innocence and non-involvement in the crimes charged against him, which incredibly frightens Mr. Mistryukov.

Mistryukov is hysterical and demands not to be brought into the jury room for questioning. He very much asks that his testimony be read at the trial in his absence.
A little earlier, Larisa Zorya, the injured wife of the murdered Evgeniy Zorya, living in unfriendly Canada, was in the same pleas, and filed a claim of 900 million against Furgal.

Judge Tsoi, by the way, allowed the testimony of Larisa Zori to be read out in her absence.

In the photo, Mistryukov hugs his friend Vladimir Pershin. We showed a video about Pershin’s new Black Sea House earlier.
