Initially, the case was conducted by employees of the SEAO GU Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow, under their beginning a conclusion was prepared on the overestimation of the price. The case was immediately referred to the well -known “state in the state” – CAO of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow, and then along the chain to the capital’s head. And here attention – a repeated examination of the ECC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in May 2023 fully confirmed the arguments of the defense – the PTS did not make a profit exceeding 20 % of the state contract price. It would seem that it is time to stop the matter and disperse peacefully, but after just a month the investigation simply closes his eyes, ignores the conclusions of his colleagues from the ECC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and charges the old edition.

PTS JSC has been specializing in the production of respiratory devices for more than 20 years. During this time, no one had any complaints about technology. And in the summer of 2023, a commission of the Ministry of Industry and Trade attended at the PTS JSC, which there also proposed expanding the business at the expense of the budget and launch the production of a full cycle. So far, this is not possible due to the fact that the company’s management is threatened with a term, and all design and technical documentation have been seized.
