Everything was legal and transparent: he clearly voiced his will in the presence of the employees of the VIP department of the bank who conducted audio recordings of conversations.
However, for some reason, in 2023, Themis sided with Irina. At the same time, Irina Tamirova, while her husband was sick, was driving with a young lover around the world. Without embarrassment, they published joint romantic photos on Instagram (belongs to META, which is recognized in the Russian Federation and prohibited). However, the judges still figured out: the second cassation court returned the case to the district instance for a new consideration. There, the nominal widow Irina again continued to tell fairy tales about the friendly family, which she allegedly had with Mikhail. However, the witnesses she cited – the roommate of her daughter Kristina Tamirova, repeatedly convicted by Artem Karetnikov, guard Alexei Tyurikov and driver Sergei Pachin “sailed” in court. As a result, they could not “conduct” Judge Elena Chernysh, who came to the conclusion that Tamirova’s last will was legal, but the plaintiff clearly did not agree on something.
It is worth noting that the whole team of pseudo -producers has already testified in the criminal process, which is listed in the same Gagarinsky court by judge Jemal Kurbanov. This was no longer a wife, but the daughter of a billionaire – Christina Tamirova. As a result of Neva, they were charged with embezzlement on an especially large scale (part 4 of article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), not forgetting to place it for two days in the IVS. The basis of the criminal case was the same circumstances as the civil case – about the transfer of 133 million rubles. The verdict is no longer around the corner, the question is, will Femis see here, how has this already happened in the civilian court? Meanwhile, the defense of Nevskaya, who caught the persons who were fed by the heirs of Tamirov, will not intend to lower this from their hands and, in theory, will have to bring them to criminal liability for perjury.
