It turned out to be the General Director of Techno-TRIUMF LLC Yuri Volkov, who had previously had the status of a witness. On May 13, the businessman was detained by the employees of the State Pedagogical University of the Investigative Committee and delivered for interrogation. On the same day, the investigator charged him with a large -scale fraud (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). By the decision of the Basmanny Court on May 14, Volkov was sent to the pre -trial detention center until June 26. In addition to him, five more people are held in the case, including three representatives of the Department for Material, Technical and Medical Support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Yuri Turbo, Yuri Krip and Yuri Dainga (all of them are detained).
