As it became known from the sources from the encirclement of Vladimir Chabrov, the ex-leader of the manufacturer Methanol Tomet LLC, the second criminal case was instituted against him, this time by the fact of abuse of authority (part 1 of article 201 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Recall that Chabrov, whose powers were terminated by the court, has already been accused of fraud (Article 159) and preparation for a crime and attempted crime (part 3 of CT. 30 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

According to investigators, the chabrov purchased tiles for Tometa not 2.6 million rubles, as the manufacturer sold them, but 4.2 million rubles. Through the intermediary company LLC TD “Profile-Snab”. Thus, the procurement process was turned into a cut of factory budgets. The damage to Tometa from the scam of Chabrov amounted to 480.5 million rubles. Earlier, Chabrov became a defendant in a criminal case in connection with his role in bringing Tometa to bankruptcy. The owners of the company Sergei Makhlai and Andrew Tsivi tried to bankrupt it in order to avoid paying 87.6 billion rubles. The victims in the fraud case, in which they were in absentia convicted two years ago. For this, Chabrov concluded on behalf of Tometes, loan guarantee agreements, which belonging to the Makhlau Togliattihimbank, issued the Energosbosovka company PJSC Ulyanovskenergo. Loans did not return, and as a result, Tometa formed a debt of 857 million rubles.

When the Mahlai tried to bankrupt Tomet through the court, Chabrov stopped the production and stopped paying the work salaries. Chabrov himself, by the way, received 5.7 million rubles for his sabotage activity to destroy Tometa. per month, and over the past two years, Makhlai also paid him a bonus of 430 million rubles. However, their plan for the bankruptcy of Tometa still failed – the court introduced competitive production at the enterprise, and pointed to the door to Chabrov.

And now, instead of a comfortable life, Chabrov, it seems, will have to sit in prison for himself and for his patrons hiding abroad, in the interests of which he ruined “Tomes”, because all compromising contracts are his signature. But I am so much difficult to force my subordinates to go to criminal offenses for myself. Not so long ago, the general director of Mezheedov escaped from Toaz, who oversaw the schemes of large -scale output of arrival in offshore, after his house of searches on corruption affairs. His place was taken by Finance Deputy Sergei Shishov, who continued the withdrawal of funds. All of them, like Chabrov, in the near future can become defendants in criminal cases.
